Analysis and Comparison of Common Research Models of Chemotherapy-induced Alopecia

化疗脱发(chemotherapy-induced alopecia, CIA)是化疗药物常见的副作用,会对肿瘤患者产生一定的心理困扰,是临床有待于解决的难题之一。目前,CIA的发病机制尚未阐明,且尚无理想的预防和治疗措施。本文就几种经典的CIA研究模型的建立及其优缺点进行了分析与比较,以期为研究者在探明CIA的发病机制、寻找其防治手段时选择合适的实验模型提供参考。

Chemotherapy-induced alopecia(CIA) is one of the common depressing side effects for patients undergoing chemotherapy, and also one of the clinical difficulities need to be solved.At present, the pathogenesis of CIA has not been clarified, and there are no ideal prevention and treatment measures.This paper briefly reviews the establishment of several classical CIA research models and their advantages and disadvantages, in order to provide a reference for researchers to choose appropriate experimental models as exploring the pathogenesis, prevention and treatment of CIA.
