摘要
目的研究黄柏、地肤子、知母等13味中药水提液对红色毛癣菌、须癣毛癣菌两种皮肤浅部真菌的抑菌作用。方法通过液体培养基的倍比稀释法测定中药水提物对红色毛癣菌和须癣毛癣菌的最低抑菌浓度(MIC);联合药敏实验观察两中药之间的作用效果(FIC);用均匀设计实验找出对红色毛癣菌和须癣毛癣菌有强抑菌作用的中药配方。结果在红色毛癣菌的抑菌实验中,知母、黄连、土槿皮、地肤子、决明子和黄柏这六味中药最为有效且相互之间无拮抗作用,适合中药合剂的研制,其最佳配比为知母∶黄连∶土槿皮∶地肤子∶决明子∶黄柏=9∶7∶5∶1∶8∶2,其MIC值均为1.95 mg/mL;在须癣毛癣菌的抑菌实验中,知母、黄连和地肤子这三味中药最有效且相互之间无拮抗作用,最佳配比为知母∶黄连∶地肤子=5∶3∶1,其MIC值为1.95 mg/mL。结论中药合剂比单味中药抗皮肤癣菌效果更好,且用量更少。将中药进行合理配伍后的复方,不仅可以提高中药的利用率,而且可以促进资源优化配置,具有开发利用价值。
Objective To study the antibacterial effect of the water extracts of 13 Chinese medicines: Phellodendron, Kochia scoparia, Anemarrhenae, etc.on two superficial skin fungi, Trichophyton rubrum and Trichophyton mentagrophytes.Methods The multiple dilution method of liquid medium was used for determining the minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC) of the water extract of traditional Chinese medicine against Trichophyton rubrum and Trichophyton mentagrophytes.Combined drug susceptibility test observed the effect of two Chinese medicines(FIC).The uniform design experiments were used to find out the Chinese medicine formula with strong antibacterial effect on Trichophyton rubrum and Trichophyton mentagrophytes.Results In the antibacterial experiment of Trichophyton rubrum, the six traditional Chinese medicines of Anemarrhena, Coptidis, Hibiscus bark, Kochia scoparia, Cassia seed and Phellodendron were the most effective and had no antagonism between each other.The optimal ratio is 9∶7∶5∶1∶8∶2,MIC value is 1.95 mg/mL.They were suitable for the development of traditional Chinese medicine mixture.In the antibacterial experiment of Trichophyton mentagrophytes, the three traditional Chinese medicines of Anemarrhena, Coptidis and Kochia scoparia were the most effective and had no antagonistic effects on each other. The optimal ratio is 5∶3∶1,MIC value is 1.95 mg/mL.Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine mixture has better anti-dermatophyte effect than single Chinese medicine, and the dosage is less.The compound prescription after reasonable compatibility of traditional Chinese medicine can not only improve the utilization rate of traditional Chinese medicine, but also promote the optimal preparation of resources, which has development and utilization value.
