摘要 特应性皮炎是一种以湿疹样皮损和强烈瘙痒为特征的慢性复发性炎症性皮肤病。瘙痒是特应性皮炎最突出的临床症状,非组胺能性神经瘙痒途径被认为在特应性皮炎慢性瘙痒中占主导,常对微小的瘙痒刺激表现出过于亢进的搔抓欲望,即痒觉敏化(hyperknesis)。308 nm准分子光通过照射局部皮损可使增生的表皮神经纤维发生空泡样变性、降低神经纤维密度,从而控制瘙痒。部分报道已证实308 nm准分子光治疗特应性皮炎瘙痒的有效性和安全性,因此308 nm准分子光或可为临床上治疗难治性的特应性皮炎慢性瘙痒提供良好的选择。 Atopic dermatitis is a chronic, recurrent inflammatory skin disease characterized by eczematoid lesions and intense itching.Pruritus is the most prominent clinical symptom of atopic dermatitis.The non-histaminergic neuro pruritus pathway is considered to be the dominant in the chronic pruritus of atopic dermatitis, which often shows an overactive desire to scratch at minor pruritus stimuli, namely hyperknesis.The 308 nm excimer light can make the proliferation of epidermal nerve fibers vacuolate and reduce the density of nerve fibers, so as to control pruritus.Some reports have confirmed the efficacy and safety of 308 nm excimer light in the treatment of atopic pruritus.Therefore, 308 nm excimer light may provide a good choice for the clinical treatment of refractory chronic pruritus in atopic dermatitis.
