摘要
间质性膀胱炎/膀胱疼痛综合征(IC/BPS)是一种与膀胱相关的慢性盆腔疼痛综合征,因其病因复杂、机制不清等原因导致临床治疗效果欠佳。本文通过对各国指南、专家共识和国内外最新研究进展的回顾,总结了该疾病的诊断策略和治疗方法,为该疾病的临床治疗提供理论支持。
Interstitial cystitis/bladder pain syndrome(IC/BPS)is a chronic pelvic pain syndrome associated with the bladder.Because of the complicated etiology and unclear mechanism,the clinical treatment effect is not perfect.In this paper,the diagnostic strategies and treatment methods of this disease were summarized by reviewing guidelines,expert consensus and the latest research progresses worldwide,so as to provide theoretical support for clinical treatment of this disease.
