^(18)F-FDG PET/CT显像工作人员接受辐射剂量估测 被引量:2

Estimation of radiation dose to workers during ^(18)F-FDG PET/CT procedures

摘要 目的估测氟-18-脱氧葡萄糖(^(18)F-2-deoxy-D-glucose,^(18)F-FDG)正电子发射计算机断层显像(positron emission tomography/computer tomography,PET/CT)检查从药品分装到检查结束不同工作环节工作人员接受的辐射剂量。方法随机选取2020年8月在广西医科大学附属肿瘤医院接受^(18)F-FDG PET/CT显像的患者120例,利用X-γ辐射剂量仪测量注射^(18)F-FDG后即刻、1 h和2 h距患者前胸0.05、0.30、0.50、1.00、2.00和3.00 m处和各工作区的γ辐射剂量率,计算不同工作环节工作人员接受的辐射剂量。利用电子个人剂量计测量工作人员每例检查不同工作环节接受的辐射剂量。结果注射后即刻距患者前胸0.05、0.30、0.50、1.00、2.00和3.00 m处的剂量率分别为(450.98±78.32)、(117.01±20.32)、(43.64±7.58)、(25.03±4.35)、(9.59±1.67)和(3.36±0.58)μSv/h,2 h后剂量率分别下降至(185.59±32.23)、(54.56±6.08)、(20.77±3.26)、(10.79±1.54)、(3.87±0.59)和(0.81±0.07)μSv/h。物理师、护士、摆位技师和扫描结束协助患者下床技师的平均受照剂量分别为(0.52±0.07)、(2.06±0.27)、(1.66±0.32)和(1.34±0.26)μSv/例。按照平均每天25例患者计算,这4类工作人员的年平均受照剂量分别为(1.69±0.23)、(6.70±0.88)、(5.40±1.04)和(4.36±0.85)mSv。结论通过现有辐射防护设施和规范的方法,PET/CT中心工作人员接受的辐射剂量低于国家标准规定的职业照射人员个人年剂量限值(20 mSv/a)。 Objective To estimate the radiation dose of workers during ^(18)F-2-deoxy-D-glucose(^(18)F-FDG)positron emission tomography/computer tomography(PET/CT)procedures from the time of drug loading to the end of inspection.Methods Totally 120 patients undergoing ^(18)F-FDG PET/CT in the Affiliated Tumor Hospital of Guangxi Medical University in August 2020 were selected randomly.The dose rates were estimated by a X-γradiation dosimeter at 0.05,0.30,0.50,1.00,2.00 and 3.00 m from patients who underwent ^(18)F-FDG PET/CT procedure immediately,1 hour and 2 hours post-injection.The radiation dose received by the workers at different work links was calculated.Electronic personal dosimeters were used to monitor the radiation dose received by the staff at a different working stage each time.Results The dose rates of patients after injection at the six distances(0.05,0.30,0.50,1.00,2.00 and 3.00 m)to the chest were(450.98±78.32),(117.01±20.32),(43.64±7.58),(25.03±4.35),(9.59±1.67)and(3.36±0.58)μSv/h,respectively.After 2 hours,the dose rates dropped to(185.59±32.23),(54.56±6.08),(20.77±3.26),(10.79±1.54),(3.87±0.59)and(0.81±0.07)μSv/h,respectively.The mean exposure doses of physiotherapists,nurses,positioning-technologists and technicians who assist patients to get out of bed after examination were(0.52±0.07),(2.06±0.27),(1.66±0.32)and(1.34±0.26)μSv/case.With an average of 25 patients per day,the average annual effective doses to the four categories of staff were(1.69±0.23),(6.70±0.88),(5.40±1.04)and(4.36±0.85)mSv.Conclusion Through existing radiation protection facilities and standardized methods,the radiation doses received by all radiation staff during PET/CT procedures are lower than the individual annual dose of occupational exposures stipulated by the national standard(20 mSv/a).
