湖南省某高校大学生肝癌知信行状况调查

Investigation on knowledge,attitude and practice of liver cancer among students in a university in Hunan Province

目的了解湖南省某高校大学生肝癌知信行现状及影响因素,为科学实施肝癌防治的健康教育、提升大学生人群健康素养提供参考依据。方法2021年4—5月,选取湖南省某高校1558名在校大学生为调查对象,通过问卷星网络服务平台,采用分层整群抽样方法,以班级为单位,根据专业及年级随机抽样进行调查,并对数据进行分析。结果湖南省某高校大学生肝癌知信行(knowledge-attitude-practice,KAP)得分率为67.68%,其中,知识得分率为57.53%,态度得分率为78.72%,行为得分率为70.76%。女大学生肝癌知识、态度和行为得分均高于男大学生(t=3.746、7.865、8.149,均P<0.05),医学专业学生肝癌知识、态度和行为得分均高于非医学专业学生(t=9.952、6.045、9.643,均P<0.05),高年级学生肝癌知识、态度和行为得分均高于低年级学生(F=9.276、6.639、3.387,均P<0.05),家庭居住地为城镇的学生知识得分高于农村地区学生(t=2.657,P<0.05),父母文化程度越高的学生知识得分情况越好(F=8.225,P<0.05)。结论湖南省某高校大学生肝癌态度和行为水平一般,知识水平略差,应进一步加强肝癌健康教育工作,以提升高校大学生肝癌知信行水平。

Objective To carry out a sample survey on the current status and influencing factors of the knowledge,attitude and practice of liver cancer among students in a university in Hunan Province,provide a reference for the scientific implementation of health education for liver cancer prevention and the improvement of the health literacy of the college students.Methods From April to May 2021,1558 students in a university in Hunan Province were selected as the survey objects,through the Questionnaire star network service platform,a stratified cluster sampling method was adopted,and the survey was conducted randomly based on majors and grades with class as the unit.And the data were analyzed.Results The score rate of knowledge,attitude and practice(KAP)about liver cancer among students in a university in Hunan Province was 67.68%,the knowledge score rate was 57.53%,the attitude score rate was 78.72%,and the practice score rate was 70.76%.The scores of knowledge,attitude and practice about liver cancer in female students were higher than those in male students(t=3.746,7.865,8.149,all P<0.05),the scores of knowledge,attitude and practice about liver cancer in medical students were higher than those in non-medical students(t=9.952,6.045,9.643,all P<0.05),the scores of knowledge,attitude and practice about liver cancer in senior students were higher than those in junior students(F=9.276,6.639,3.387,all P<0.05),the score of knowledge in students whose families live in cities and towns was higher than that in students of rural areas(t=2.657,P<0.05),the higher the educational level of students’parents,the better the knowledge scores of students(F=8.225,P<0.05).Conclusion The students in a university in Hunan Province have average attitudes and behaviors towards liver cancer,and their knowledge level is slightly poor,so it is necessary to further strengthen liver cancer health education in order to further improve the level of knowledge,attitude and practice of liver cancer among college students.
