脑卒中患者重返工作岗位的研究进展

Research progress of return to work in stroke patients

我们综述了脑卒中患者重返工作岗位概念、现状及意义,并从患者相关因素、疾病相关因素和疾病相关因素3方面介绍了脑卒中患者重返工作岗位的影响因素。脑卒中患者重返工作岗位受诸多方面影响,未来的研究应进一步考虑这些影响因素的相互作用,为构建基于我国文化背景下的脑卒中患者重返工作岗位干预方案提供参考依据。

The article reviews the concepts,status quo and significance of return to work of stroke patients,and introduces the influencing factors of return to work of stroke patients from three aspects of patient-related factors,disease-related factors and disease-related factors.The return to work of stroke patients is affected by many factors,and the interaction of these influencing factors should be further considered in future studies,in order to construct an intervention program for stroke patients returning to work based on the cultural background of China.
