萆薢渗湿汤为主方治疗痛风性关节炎疗效的Meta分析

Meta-analysis of effects of Bixie shenshi decoction as main prescription in gouty arthritis

目的:系统评价萆薢渗湿汤为主方治疗痛风性关节炎的疗效。方法:计算机检索多个中英文数据库,收集关于萆薢渗湿汤为主方治疗痛风性关节炎的中英文公开发表的临床随机对照试验(RCT),检索时间设定为各数据库建库至2021年9月。运用RevMan 5.4软件进行数据分析。结果:共纳入6项RCTs,共764例患者,其中试验组393例,对照组371例。结果显示萆薢渗湿汤为主方治疗痛风性关节炎的总有效率[OR=3.11,95%CI(1.97~4.92),P<0.01]、患者血尿酸降低[WMD=-69.47,95%CI(-97.76~-41.18),P<0.01]和血沉降低[WMD=-2.97,95%CI(-5.73~-0.20),P<0.01]的效果均显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义。结论:萆薢渗湿汤为主方治疗痛风性关节炎疗效显著,具有一定优势且安全性高。

Objective:To systematically evaluate thecurative effect of Bixie Shenshi decoction as the main prescription in the treatment of gouty arthritis(GA).Methods:Computer retrieved multiple of Chinese and English databases to collect the published randomized controlled trials in Chinese and English about the treatment of GA by Bixie Shenshi decoction as the main prescription.The retrieval time range was set as the establishment of each database to September,2021.Meta-analysis was carried out using RevMan5.4 software.Results:All 6 articleswere included.A total of 764 patients were included,including 393 in the experimental group and 371 in the control group.It showed that the total effective rate of the Bixie Shenshi decoction as the main prescription in the treatment of GA[OR=3.11,95%CI(1.97,4.92),P<0.01] and reduce blood uric acid[WMD=-69.47,95%CI(-97.76,-41.18),P<0.01],erythrocyte sedimentation rate[WMD=-2.97,95%CI(-5.73,-0.20),P<0.01] in patients with GA,the effects were significantly better than those of the control group,the difference were statistically significant.Conclusion:Bixie Shenshi decoction as the main prescription was effective in treating GA and has certain advantages and high security.
