铅锌尾矿制备轻集料及重金属固化机理研究 被引量:1

Study on Solidification Mechanism of Light Aggregate Prepared from Lead-zinc Tailings

摘要 铅锌尾矿的大量堆积引发的资源、环境问题日趋严重,利用制备轻集料的方式对铅锌尾矿进行综合回收利用被认为是一种绿色且经济的资源化处理方式,其中重金属固化机理对于研究轻集料的制备工艺以及技术路线具有极其重要的作用。本试验以铅锌尾矿为主要研究对象,辅以粉煤灰和铜渣烧结制备轻集料,研究了1 180~1 220℃温度范围下不同掺量的铅锌尾矿对所制得的轻集料的性能以及重金属固化能力的影响。试验结果表明,53%掺量的铅锌尾矿在1 200℃烧结30min制备得到的轻集料具有最佳的综合性能指标,其密度为1.1g/mm^(3)左右,强度可达到8 MPa以上,同时铅锌尾矿在1 210℃重金属浸出浓度最低。试验结果将为铅锌尾矿的资源化利用开辟新的途径。 The resource and environmental problems caused by the massive accumulation of lead-zinc tailings are becoming more and more serious.The comprehensive recycling of lead-zinc tailings by preparing light aggregates is considered to be an eco-friendly and economical resource disposal technology.The solidification mechanism of heavy metal plays an important role in studying the preparation process and technical route of lightweight aggregates.In present work,leadzinc tailings,fly ash and copper slag were sintered to prepare lightweight aggregates.The solidification mechanism of heavy metal and the effect of lead-zinc tailings content on the properties of light-weight aggregates at a temperature range of 1180~1 220℃ were investigated.The results showed that the lightweight aggregate prepared with 53% lead-zinc tailings sintered at 1 200℃ for 30 minutes exhibited the best comprehensive performance indicators.Its strength was higher than 8 MPa with a density around 1.1g/mm^(3).Additionally,the lowest leaching concentration of heavy metals was observed at 1210℃.It will be expected to provide a new way for the resource utilization of lead-zinc tailings.
