基于灰关联理论的再生排水路面的性能分析 被引量:4

Performance Analysis of Reclaimed Drainage Pavement Based on Grey Correlation Theory

摘要 为了研究排水路面(OGFC-13)掺入不同掺量再生沥青混合料(RAP)对其路用性能的影响,采用体积法(CAVF)优化设计OGFC-13沥青混合料级配,进行浸水马歇尔试验、车辙试验和冻融劈裂试验,通过灰色关联分析理论对实验结果进行分析。结果表明:随RAP掺量的增大,其沥青混合料高温稳定性能和马歇尔稳定度都有一定提升,但水稳定性有轻微降低,当RAP掺量超过30%,沥青混合料的高温稳定性增长变缓,且冻融劈裂强度比下降趋势变大,通过计算灰色关联度发现掺入再生料(RAP)对排水路面(OGFC-13)路用性能影响排序为高温稳定性>水稳定性>空隙率>渗水性。 In order to study the influence of different recycled asphalt mixture(RAP)on the performance of drainage pavement(OGFC-13),volume method(CAVF)was used to optimize the asphalt mixture gradation of OGFC-13.The immersion Marshall test,rut test and freeze-thaw split test were carried out,and the experimental results were analyzed by grey relational analysis theory.The results show that:with the increase of RAP content,both the high temperature stability and Marshall stability of asphalt mixture are improved to some extent,but the water stability is slightly reduced.When RAP content exceeds 30%,the high temperature stability of asphalt mixture grows slowly,and the decline trend of freezing-thawing splitting strength ratio becomes larger.By calculating the grey correlation degree,it is found that the influence of RAP on the performance of OGFC-13drainage road is in the order of high temperature stability>water stability>voidage>permeability.
