高速铁路混凝土斜拉桥主梁施工控制 被引量:1

Construction Control of Main Girder of Concrete Cable-stayed Bridge of High-speed Railway

摘要 以新建安庆至九江铁路长江大桥北汊航道桥为背景,详细论述了混凝土斜拉桥悬臂施工工艺每一施工步骤的受力特点及变形状态,尤其对牵索挂篮的方案选择、刚度确定、简化计算、边界模拟等多个监控计算时重要参数深入剖析,并利用有限元进行监控计算,进行立模标高的确定,同时对于高速铁路无砟轨道桥梁,在关注主梁线形时提出应该关注轨道板底座位置处的测点,最终得到比较满意的桥梁线形。 Taking the newly-built Anqing-Jiujiang Railway Yangtze River Bridge North Branch Channel Bridge as the background,the stress characteristics and deformation conditions of each construction step of the concrete cable-stayed bridge cantilever construction process were discussed.Especially for the selection of the scheme of lanyard hanging basket,stiffness determination,simplified calculations,boundary simulations and other important parameters in monitoring calculations were analyzed in depth,and finite element was used for monitoring calculations to determine the elevation of the standing model.At the same time,for high-speed railway slag-free track bridges,when paying attention to the line shape of the main girder,it was proposed that the measuring points at the base of the track slab should be followed.In the end,a more satisfactory bridge line shape is obtained.
