CFRP加固损伤RC梁抗弯性能试验研究 被引量:5

Experimental Study on Flexural Performance of CFRP Reinforced RC Beams

摘要 为研究CFRP加固修复不同损伤RC梁的抗弯性能,共设计4根钢筋混凝土梁进行抗弯试验研究,对2根构件预加荷载损伤后进行加固修复,分析采用CFRP加固修复后对损伤构件在破坏形态、挠度变化及极限承载力等方面的影响。结果表明:采用CFRP加固修复损伤构件后其极限承载力、刚度均有显著提升,提升幅值约为12.2%~17.5%,但构件存在较大的初始损伤会导致其刚度退化,相较于完好未加固梁,加固修复梁变形更小,安全性能更高,更为稳定,故在实际工程中为了使CFRP的强度得到充分利用,可采用适当加强锚固措施。基于试验结果和理论计算对构件承载力进行了分析,计算结果与试验结果较为吻合。 In order to studying the CFRP reinforcement repair injury flexural performance of reinforced concrete beam,design a total of 4reinforced concrete beams,the bending test study,the roots of two members reinforce and repair damage after unloading and load,and analyses the influence of CFRP reinforcement to repair damaged members on failure pattern,deflection change and the influence of the ultimate bearing capacity,etc.The results show that the ultimate bearing capacity and stiffness of damaged components reinforced with CFRP can be significantly improved,with an increase amplitude of 12.2%~17.5%,but the stiffness of damaged components with large initial damage will degrade.Compared with the intact and unreinforced beams,the strengthened and repaired beams have smaller deformation,higher safety performance and are more stable.In order to make full use of the strength of CFRP in practical engineering,aproperly reinforced anchorage measures can be appropriately strengthened.Based on the experimental results and theoretical calculation,the bearing capacity of the components is analyzed,and the calculated results are in good agreement with the experimental results.
