武汉地区高职现代物流管理专业产教融合的问题和对策

Industry-School Integration Strategy for Modern Logistics Management Specialty in Higher Vocational Colleges——Taking Higher Vocational Educationof Wuhan as an example

产教融合是发展职业教育内涵的必经之路,国家鼓励各地职业教育与区域经济产教融合发展。武汉地区高职现代物流管理专业在产教融合方面取得了一定的成绩,但也存在若干问题,招生规模逐年缩减、产教融合形式创新性不足、企业积极性不够和专业教师综合能力不足等。针对这些问题,提出加大现代物流管理专业宣传和分方向培养、创新产教融合方式、增加物流企业参与产教融合的利益点、全面提升现代物流管理专业师资产教融合能力等建议。

The integration of industry and education is the only way to develop the connotation of vocational education. The integration of local vocational education and the regional economy is encouraged and supported by the government. Under this background, great achievements have been made in modern logistics management specialty of higher vocational education in Wuhan area, however, some major problems still exist, such as the decreasing of enrollment scale, the lack of innovation and enterprise enthusiasm, and insufficient ability of school teachers, etc. In view of these problems, this paper puts forward some suggestions, such as increasing the publicity, training students with diversification, innovating industry-education integration mode, and training school teachers, etc.
