基于PMT的军舰船舶核心文化模型设计

Design of Warship Core Culture Model based on PMT

为了提高国家安全和军事船舶的安全管理水平,本文采用文献资料法和归纳总结法进行系统分析,提出并界定了军舰核心文化的要素:政治,管理,技术,执行力和战斗力,设计出军舰核心文化PMT(政治-管理-技术)模型,并最终得出结论:加强军舰核心文化塑造,能够增强军舰的最终战斗力。该模型的设计对于我国的军舰船舶管理和士官生培养具有积极的意义。

In order to improve national security and the safety management level of military ships, this paper systematically puts forward and analyzes the elements of warship core culture: politics, management, technology, execution and combat effectiveness, designs the PMT model of warship core culture, and finally concludes that the shaping of warship core culture can enhance the ultimate combat effectiveness of warships. The design of the model is of positive significance for the management of warships and the training of sergeant students in China.
