摘要
2020年新冠肺炎疫情对湖北省旅游业乃至全世界旅游业影响极其严重,因湖北武汉是疫情发生的首发地,并且受创最为严重;因此本文以湖北旅游业为研究对象,运用危机公关理论和案例分析法,分析了2020年后湖北旅游业冲出一匹“黑马”等五大变化及其借助危机公关,做好旅游宣传工作等五大应对措施,希望对湖北旅游业的快速复苏有一定的参考价值,也希望对中国旅游业的复苏有些许推广价值。
The COVID-19 epidemic in 2020 has had a severe impact on the tourism industry in Hubei province and the world at large, as Wuhan in Hubei province was the first place of the outbreak and was the most severely hit city. Therefore, this paper takes tourism in Hubei province as the research object, using the theory of crisis public relations and case analysis, analyzes five changes of Hubei tourism after 2020, and five countermeasures such as crisis public relations and good tourism publicity,etc.The study result is expected to offer some reference for tourism recovery in China.
