消费视角下的扶贫产品供给侧路径优化

摘要 对于消费扶贫来说,消费是前提扶贫是目的。然而依靠政府行政力量主导的消费扶贫模式下消费群体具有一定的局限性,目标顾客自发性消费意识不强。通过分析现有消费扶贫供给侧的不足,进而在市场经济竞争中倒逼扶贫产品供给侧的结构优化,在政府和市场的共同作用下激发社会组织和公众的参与热情,改变现有依靠行政力量的责任型消费向依靠市场需求的自发性消费的转变。由此来助推我国消费扶贫事业的可持续发展,并为后扶贫时代的乡村振兴战略提供有益的借鉴作用。 For poverty alleviation through consumption, consumption is the premise and poverty alleviation is its goal. However, under the mode of poverty alleviation through consumption dominated by government administrative power, the consumer groups have certain limitations and the target customers do not show strong consciousness in spontaneous consumption. By analyzing the current deficiencies on the supply side of poverty alleviation through consumption, the structural optimization of the supply side of poverty alleviation products is forced in the market economy competition. Under the joint action of the government and the market, the participation enthusiasm of social organizations and the public needs to be stimulated, and the transformation from responsible consumption relying on administrative power to spontaneous consumption relying on market demand should be changed. Thus, it can promote the sustainable development of consumption poverty alleviation in China and provide useful reference for rural revitalization strategy in the post-poverty alleviation era.
