摘要 “三全育人”理念的提出与运用,为“培养什么人、怎样培养人、为谁培养人”这一根本问题指明了方向。秉持“以人为本”的教育理念,遵循思想政治工作规律、教书育人规律和学生成长规律,结合“三全育人”基本含义、提出背景与相关依据,将思想政治教育融入专业人才培养。浅析“三全育人”需要解决的主要问题,并提出应对策略。基于大思政教育观、三大课堂、四大平台探究“三全育人”的实现路径。建立多元协同体系,包括学生协同机制、组织协同机制、队伍协同机制、制度协同机制与环境协同机制。隐性提出各要素间协同保障三全育人有效实施的压力机制系统,使新体系整合实现育人目标的各方力量,各组成部分按其内在联系和固有规律互相衔接渗透,从微观、中观、宏观层面就“三全育人”工作中存在的不足提出建议,以期为“三全育人”的贯彻落实与新时代社会主义合格接班人的培育提供借鉴。 The proposal and application of the concept of “Three-Comprehensive Education” points out the direction for the fundamental problem of “what kind of people to teach, how to teach people, and for whom to teach”. Adhering to the education concept of “people-oriented”, following the laws of ideologicalnd political work, teaching and educating people, and student growth, combining the basic meaning of “three comprehensive education”, this paper puts forward the background and relevant basis, analyzes the main problems that need to be solved by integrating ideological and political education into professional personnel training, and proposes coping strategies. Based on the concept of ideological and political education, the Three Major Courses, and the Four Platforms, the realization path of “three comprehensive education” is explored to establish multiple collaborative systems, including student collaborative mechanism, organization collaborative mechanism, team collaborative mechanism, institutional collaborative mechanism and environmental collaborative mechanism. It implicitly proposes a pressure mechanism system to ensure the effective implementation of “three comprehensive education” among various elements, so that the new system integrates the forces of all parties to achieve the goal of education. From the perspective of micro-, meso-, and macro-level, it puts forward suggestions on the deficiencies in the work of “three comprehensive education” to provide reference for its implementation and the cultivation of qualified socialist successors in the new era.
