基于窄带物联网智能电能表关键技术研究 被引量:6

摘要 针对智能电能表偶发超出阈值范围的电流电压采样值、谐波测量中会出现栅栏及频谱泄露、电路浪涌等问题,在均值滤波算法、FFT算法基础上提出了加阈值防脉冲干扰均值滤波算法和改进FFT算法,较好地解决了电流电压、谐波指标数据采集的准确度问题。针对目前窄带物联网应用开发的复杂性以及行业开发标准较为封闭,提出了窄带物联网开发的三层框架,有效解决了窄带物联网应用开发的复杂性问题,为同类开发提出一种新的方案。文中采用STM32芯片、HT7036计量芯片和ME3616通讯芯片开发了一套性价比较高的智能电能表;通过和标准表比对,所设计的智能电能表运行稳定,通信安全可靠,测量精度达到0.5级精度要求,在同类产品中居于先进水平。 Aiming at the problems of current and voltage sampling values that occasionally exceed the threshold range of smart meter,fence and spectrum leakage in harmonic measurement and circuit surge,based on the mean filtering algorithm and FFT algorithm,the mean filtering algorithm with threshold anti-pulse interference and improved FFT algorithm are proposed,which improves the accuracy of current voltage and harmonic index data acquisition.In view of the complexity of narrowband Internet of things(NB-IoT)application development and the relatively closed industry development standards,a three-tier framework for NB-IoT development is proposed,which effectively reduces the complexity of NB-IoT application development and puts forward a new scheme for similar development.In this paper,STM32 chip,HT7036 metering chip and ME3616 communication chip are used to develop a set of smart meter with high price and cost performance.Compared with the standard meter,the designed smart meter has stable operation,safe and reliable communication,and meets the measurement accuracy requirements of grade 0.5,which is at the advanced level of similar products.
