中国乡村振兴产业发展的财税政策建议

Fiscal and Taxation Policy Suggestions for the Development of Rural Revitalization Industry in China

在现代社会的发展过程中,城乡之间经济发展的差距仍然存在,这在一定程度上制约了城市化发展水平的提升。为确保我国经济的稳定发展,需要通过乡村振兴战略的实施助力产业发展。但是在现阶段产业发展的过程中,由于乡村产业结构较为单一、经济发展水平较低,乡村产业在发展过程中存在一些问题,这需要相关政府部门通过适当的财税政策促进产业发展,同时需要相关人员结合乡村产业的发展现状对政策进行规划和调整。论文从乡村振兴背景下的乡村产业发展入手,提出针对财税政策的建议。

In the development process of modern society,the gap of economic development between urban and rural areas still exists,which restricts the improvement of urbanization development level to a certain extent.In order to ensure the stable development of China's economy,we need to help the industrial development through the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.However,in the process of industrial development at this stage,due to the relatively single rural industrial structure and low level of economic development,there are some problems existing in the development of rural industry.This requires relevant government departments to promote industrial development through appropriate fiscal and taxation policies.At the same time,relevant personnel need to plan and adjust the policies in combination with the development status of rural industry.Starting with the development of rural industry under the background of rural revitalization,this paper puts forward suggestions for fiscal and taxation policies.
