摘要
股权激励是现代企业开展公司治理的重要手段。实施股权激励不仅可以将企业和股东价值最大化,还可以解决所有权和经营权分离的问题。论文选取2016-2020年的199家医药制造业上市公司的数据作为样本,对股权激励与财务绩效之间的关系进行了实证检验。论文基于分析结果,提出相关建议,期望可以帮助有关企业认识股权激励与财务绩效之间的关系,促进医药制造业实现可持续发展。
Equity incentive is an important means for modern enterprises to carry out corporate governance.The implementation of equity incentive can not only maximize the value of enterprises and shareholders,but also solve the problem of the separation of ownership and management rights.This paper selects the data of 199 listed companies in pharmaceutical manufacturing industry from 2016 to 2020 as samples to empirically test the relationship between equity incentive and financial performance.Based on the analysis results,the paper puts forward relevant suggestions,hoping to help relevant enterprises understand the relationship between equity incentive and financial performance,and promote the sustainable development of pharmaceutical manufacturing industry.
