摘要
《国家职业教育改革实施方案》指明了职业教育的发展方向。“三教”改革背景下,职业学校的教学督导要更新督导理念,加强督导队伍建设,拓展督导内容,营造特定的督导文化,督导成员要成为“三教”改革的执行者和传播者,使教学督导在“三教”改革中更好地发挥监督、指导、评价和反馈功能。
The implementation plan of National Vocational Education Reform points out the development direction of vocational education.Under the background of the"three education"reform,the teaching supervision of vocational schools should renew the supervision concept,strengthen the construction of the supervision team,expand the supervision content,and create a specific supervision culture.The supervisors should be the executors and disseminators of the"three education reform",so that they can give better play to the functions of supervision,guidance,evaluation and feedback in the reform of"three education".
