摘要
本文首先介绍了纤维素纳米晶(Cellulose Nanocrystal,CNC)的晶体结构以及结构色的形成原理,包括在自组装过程中对手性向列排列以及晶体结构的调控,归纳了CNC的自上而下和自下而上组装方法。然后进一步总结了不同形式的CNC在国内外防伪中的应用,并简要讨论了CNC在未来防伪应用中的发展前景。最后得出结论,CNC是一种生物相容性和生物降解性的纳米材料,其具有热膨胀系数低、比表面积大、颜色响应速度快且可调,以及阻隔性好等特点、,经改性后的CNC柔韧性能得以提升,可用于防伪应用。
In this paper,the crystal structure of cellulose nanocrystal(CNC)and the formation principle of structure color are introduced,including chiral alignment and crystal structure control in self-assembly process,the top-down and bottom-up assembly methods of CNC were summarized to form different color structure colors.Then,the application of different forms of CNC in anti-counterfeiting at home and abroad is summarized,and the development prospect of CNC in anti-counterfeiting application is briefly discussed.Finally,it was concluded that CNC is a biocompatible and biodegradable nanomaterial,which has the characteristics of low thermal expansion coefficient,large specific surface area,fast and adjustable color response speed and good barrier,etc.The flexibility of CNC modified can be improved,so it can be used for anti-counterfeiting applications.
