钙离子调控纳米纤维素基TENG性能的研究

摘要 本文以天然纤维素为主要原料制备摩擦纳米发电机(TENG).首先,通过钙离子交联纳米纤维素的方式制备TENG正极墨水,经过3D打印后完成正极材料的制备。然后,组装TENG并测试其性能。结果表明:在添加适量CaCl_(2)后,电极材料的压缩性能得到了明显的改善。当CaCl_(2)质量分数为0.1%时,TENG的输出电压达到最高,可达24 V。综合压缩性能和发电性能考虑,CaCl_(2)添加量为0.1%~0.3%最佳。 In this paper,triboelectric nanogenerator(TENG)was prepared with natural cellulose.At first,TENG anode ink was prepared by calcium ion crosslinking nanocellulose.Then,the anode was printed by means of 3D printing.After assembling and testing the TENG,it was found that adding CaCl_(2) can improve the compression performance of TENG.When the mass fraction of CaCl_(2) is 0.1%,the output voltage of TENG is improved to 24 V.Considering the compression performance and power generation performance,the addition of CaCl_(2) is between 0.1%and 0.3%.
