2020东京奥运会与2019女排世界杯中国女排技术运用对比分析

Comparative Analysis on the Technical Application of Chinese Women’s Volleyball team in the 2020 Tokyo Olympic Games and the 2019 Women’s Volleyball World Cup

采用文献资料法、录像观察法、数理统计法、比较分析法等研究方法,从发球、扣球、拦网、一传、防守等5项技术能力指标维度和主攻、副攻、接应、二传、自由人等5个运动员任务角色维度出发,对中国女排参与的2020东京奥运会和2019女排世界杯两大国际赛事共计16场比赛进行数据统计、对比分析,探究中国女排在两项赛事中5项技术运用效果的前后差异及变化规律,以及本届奥运会失利的技术因素。试图提出客观、科学、合理化建议,以期为中国女排今后的训练提供参考和帮助。经研究发现:1)中国女排发球技术指标和一传技术指标前后差异不大;扣球技术指标、拦网技术指标和防守技术指标前后变化较大,集中呈现为低得分率和高失误率的态势。2)主攻、副攻和接应进攻指标降低明显;自由人、主攻、接应和二传防守指标骤降突出。3)中国女排在东京奥运会出现技术运用连锁反应,呈现发球一般、一传差、扣不死、拦不着、防不起的现象。建议:1)采用功能性训练方法指导中国女排技、战术训练。2)从日常训练出发,结合赛前、赛中、赛后等多维度干预中国女排心理,提高运动员赛场抗压能力。

By using the methods of literature review,video observation,mathematical statistics,comparative analysis and other research methods,starting from the five technical ability index dimensions of serve,spike,block,first pass and defense,and five task role dimensions of OH,MB,O,S and L,this paper makes data statistics and comparative analysis on the total of 16 international competitions of the Chinese women’s volleyball team in the 2020 Tokyo Olympic Games and the 2019 Women’s Volleyball World Cup,so as to study the differences and changing rules of the effects of the five technologies used by the Chinese women’s volleyball team in the two competitions,as well as the technical factors for the defeat in this Olympic Games.This paper attempts to put forward objective,scientific and reasonable suggestions in order to provide reference and help for the future training of Chinese women’s volleyball team.It is found that:1)There is little difference between the serving technical index and the serve reception technical index of the Chinese women’s volleyball team;The spiking technical index,the blocking technical index and the spike receive technical index change greatly,showing a trend of low scoring rate and high error rate.2)The indexes of OH,MB,O have decreased obviously,while the indexes of L,OH,O,S defense have dropped sharply.3)The Chinese women’s volleyball team had a chain reaction in the use of technology in the Tokyo Olympic Games,showing the phenomenon of general serve,poor first pass,unstoppable dunk,unstoppable and unpreventable.Suggestions:1)Adopt functional training methods to guide the technical and tactical training of Chinese women’s volleyball team.2)Starting from the daily training,combined with the multi-dimensional intervention of Chinese women’s volleyball team before,during and after the competition,to improve the athletes’ability to resist pressure in the field.
