东京奥运会闫子贝与国外优秀蛙泳运动员技术特征对比分析

Comparative Analysis on Technical Characteristics of Yan Zibei and Foreign Excellent Breaststroke Swimmers in Tokyo Olympic Games

运用文献资料、录像观察、数理统计、对比分析等研究方法,以东京奥运会男子100m蛙泳项目我国选手闫子贝与国外优秀蛙泳运动员技术特征作为研究对象,对比分析闫子贝与国外优秀蛙泳运动员各阶段技术指标和技术特征,为闫子贝和我国蛙泳运动员技术动作改进提供参考。结论如下:1)闫子贝出发反应时较长,反应速度较慢,下肢力量、肌肉灵敏度以及出发反应速度有待加强;2)在途中游过程中,闫子贝在划频、划幅、划手节奏、游进速度的自我调整以及后半程保持划频的能力有待提高;3)闫子贝在力量、耐力、速度和协调素质上较国外优秀蛙泳运动员存在一定的差距。

By using the methods of literature review, video observation, mathematical statistics and comparative analysis, this paper takes the technical characteristics of Yan Zibei and foreign excellent breaststroke athletes in the men ’s 100 m breaststroke of Tokyo Olympic Games as the research object, and compares and analyzes their technical indicators and technical characteristics in each stage, so as to provide reference for the improvement of Yan Zibei and Chinese breaststroke athletes ’ technical movements. The conclusions are: 1)Yanzibei has a long starting reaction time and a slow reaction speed. His lower limb strength, muscle sensitivity and starting reaction speed need to be strengthened;2)Yan Zibei’s abilities with regard to the stroke frequency, stroke length, stroke rhythm, speed self-adjustment and the ability to maintain stroke frequency in the latter half need to be improved;3)there is a certain gap between Yan Zibei an foreign elite breaststroke athletes in strength, endurance, speed and coordination quality.
