摘要
羽毛球是一项高强度间歇性球类运动,羽毛球比赛具有启动快、击球快、回位快、高强度、短间歇、持续时间长等特征。羽毛球模拟比赛中的代谢特征研究可以为羽毛球专项技战术与体能训练提供精准负荷指导。本研究通过文献资料法与逻辑分析法,梳理探究羽毛球模拟比赛中的运动生物学特征,探索羽毛球模拟比赛中的代谢特征在专项体能训练与技战术训练中的应用。经研究发现:1、羽毛球运动生物学常用指标包括心率、最大摄氧量、能耗、梅脱等,这些指标共同建立对羽毛球供能特征的系统分析;2、使用便携式气体分析仪采集模拟比赛的相关生理学指标是常见的研究方法;3、羽毛球运动中,不同运动水平、持续时间和强度下的运动对应生物学特征差距较大,但供能系统的占比具有一致性。4、根据羽毛球运动生物学特征研究,建议运动训练中加强高强度间歇性训练,注意控制组间间歇与比赛间歇的一致性,达到适合的组内间歇与高质量的功率输出。
Badminton is a high-intensity intermittent ball game.The badminton game has the characteristics of quick start,quick hitting,quick return,high intensity,short interval and long duration.The study of metabolic characteristics in badminton simulation competitions provides precise load guidance for badminton special tactics and physical training.Through the methods of literature and logical analysis,this study explores the sports biological characteristics in badminton simulation competitions,and explores the application of metabolic characteristics in badminton simulation competitions in special physical training and technical and tactical training.It is found that:1.The commonly used indicators of badminton sports biology include heart rate,maximum oxygen uptake,energy consumption,and metacorption,jointly establish the system analysis of the energy supply characteristics of badminton;2.It is a common research method to use portable gas analyzer to collect relevant physiological indicators of simulated games;3.In badminton,there is a big difference in the corresponding biological characteristics of different sports levels,duration and intensity,but the proportion of energy supply system is consistent.4.According to the study of badminton sports biological characteristics,it is suggested to strengthen high-intensity interval training in sports training,pay attention to the consistency of intergroup interval and competition interval,and achieve suitable intergroup interval and high-quality power output.
