基于模糊综合评价的网球受众满意度调查研究

A Survey of Tennis Audience Satisfaction based on Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation

目的:通过研究网球在社会网球群体中的受众满意度,旨在为更好地将网球融入大众体育锻炼。方法:运用文献资料法、抽样调查法、德尔菲法等方法,选取我国不同地区的网球受众人群进行随机抽样问卷调查,通过模糊综合评价计算出不同年龄阶段的网球爱好者参与网球的受众满意度。结果:通过计算得出三个年龄阶段网球爱好者认为网球运动很好、好、一般、不好的占比分别为44.1%、34.1%、19.4%、2.4%,45.6%、37.4%、14.5%、2.5%,34.4%、41.1%、20.3%、4.2%。结论与建议:认为网球很好的占比最大是中年阶段,其次是中老年阶段与青壮年阶段;不同年龄段的网球爱好者对于网球的竞争感、舒适感、疲惫感、意志品质力、自信感不同,其中自信感因素是三个年龄阶段评分最高的,所有人都认为打网球能给自己带来很强的自信心;建议挖掘不同年龄阶段网球运动形式、有针对性的开放网球运动场所、借助互联网大数据库搭建网球运动平台。

This paper aims to better integrate tennis into grass-root physical exercise through studying the audience satisfaction of tennis in social tennis groups. The methods of literature review, sampling survey, Delphi method and other methods have been applied to conduct random sampling questionnaire survey on tennis audiences in different regions in China, and the audience satisfaction of tennis fans of different ages participating in tennis were calculated through fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. Result: Through calculation, it is concluded that the proportions of tennis fans who think tennis is very good, good, average and bad in three age groups are 44.1%, 34.1%, 19.4%, 2.4%, 45.6%, 37.4%, 14.5%, 2.5%, 34.4%, 41.1%, 20.3%, 4.2% respectively. Conclusions and suggestions: The proportion of people who think tennis is very good is the middle-aged group, followed by the middle-aged and older group, and the younger group;tennis fans of different ages have different sense of competition, comfort, fatigue, willpower and self-confidence. Among them, the self-confidence factor is the highest in the three age groups. Everyone believes that playing tennis can bring them a strong self-confidence. It is recommended to explore tennis forms of different ages, open tennis courts, and build tennis platforms with the help of the Internet and database technologies.
