长沙市体育公园智慧化服务研究

Research on Smart Service of Changsha Sports Parks

本文采用了文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法以及逻辑分析法对长沙市体育公园智慧化服务现状进行调查,通过对长沙市紫风体育公园、谷山体育公园、月亮岛体育公园、狮子山体育公园和洋湖体育公园的基础设施情况、体验服务情况、场馆管理对体育公园建设态度进行研究分析,在了解实地建设现状的基础上对长沙市体育公园智慧化服务现状有一个整体基础的认识,发现长沙市体育公园智慧化服务发展存在基础设施方面、体验服务方面、管理运营传统落后等一些问题,并提出相关设想,为体育公园进一步智慧化建设发展提供参考。

This paper adopts the methods of literature review, questionnaire survey, mathematical statistics and logical analysis to investigate the current situation of smart service in Changsha Sports Parks. The infrastructure situation, experience service situation and venue management of Changsha Zifeng Sports Park, Valley Mountain Sports Park, Moon Island Sports Park, Lion Mountain Sports Park and Yanghu Sports Park were studied and analyzed. On the basis of understanding the current situation of field construction, there has been a basic understanding of the smart service situation. It is found that there are some problems in terms of smart service development, experience service and backward management and operation. Some relevant ideas have been put forward, so as to provide a reference for the further smart service construction and development of sports parks.
