摘要
新发展阶段下,学校体育的场域逻辑及治理主体性需要学校率先发力。本文以中微观视角研究四个问题:为什么要学校率先发力?需要学校发什么力?学校要从哪里发力?如何促学校发力?高质量发展要求、立德树人定位、体教融合路径和“四位一体”目标实践需要学校率先发力。学校要潜心提升五个能力,即保持与国家意志同向的向心力、内化国家战略的消化力、改造国家政策的转换力、落实规划方案的执行力及解决理论和实践问题的研究力。学校可从明晰目标路线图、提高运转效率和凝聚体育文化巧发力。用量化指标真考核促校长提高认知力,用内外机构真监督促学校提高育人质量,用创新制度真激励促基层提高积极性。
In the new era, the field logic and governance subjectivity of school sports require schools to take the lead. This article clarifies four questions from a micro perspective: Why should schools take the lead? What does the school need to do? Where is the school going to start? How to promote the school’s strength? The requirements of high-quality development, the positioning of cultivating morality and people, the integration of sports and education, and the practice of the “four-in-one” goal require schools to take the lead. Schools should concentrate on improving five abilities, namely, maintaining in the same direction as the national strategies, internalizing the national strategies, transforming the national policies, implementing the plans, and researching on theoretical and practical problems. Schools can make smart efforts by clarifying the roadmap, improving operational efficiency and condensing sports culture. It is suggested to use quantitative indicators as real assessment to promote principals to improve their cognition, encourage internal and external institutions to supervise schools to improve the quality of education, and innovate systems to motivate the grassroot institutions.
