摘要 本研究探讨将适应性体育课程与个性化教育方案训练相结合对职前教师全纳性体育自我效能感的影响。利用二次增长曲线模型分析了在中国参加体育教师教育项目的227名学生所完成的调查的多层模型。结果显示,与只开设适应体育课程或不开设体育课程的组相比,联合课程确实对职前教师的包容性体育自我效能感有显著影响。接受合并课程之学生亦表现出持续的正成长率及对包容性体育自我效能水平的加速提升。这些研究结果清楚地表明,将适应性体育课程与个性化教育方案训练相结合,可以对中国职前体育教师的包容性体育自我效能感产生可持续的教育影响。 This study investigated the effects of adaptive physical education curriculum combined with individualized education program training on inclusive physical education self-efficacy of pre-service teachers. A quadratic growth curve model was used to analyze a multi-layer model of the survey completed by 227 students participating in a physical education teacher education program in China. The results showed that the combined curriculum did have a significant effect on the inclusive PE self-efficacy of preservice teachers compared with the group with only adaptive PE curriculum or no PE curriculum. The students who accepted the combined curriculum also showed a continuous positive growth rate and an accelerated improvement in the level of inclusive sports self-efficacy. These findings clearly indicate that the combination of adaptive physical education curriculum and individualized education program training can have a sustainable educational impact on inclusive physical education self-efficacy of Chinese preservice physical education teachers.
