大学生身体活动与学校适应的关系:亲社会行为的中介作用 被引量:5

Correlation between College Students’ Physical Activities and College Adaptation: the Mediating Role of Prosocial Behavior

摘要 目的:探讨大学生身体活动、亲社会行为、学校适应之间的关系,考察亲社会行为在身体活动和学校适应之间的中介作用。方法:采用国际体力活动问卷长卷、亲社会倾向量表、大学生学校适应问卷对486名在校大学生(男180人,女306人)进行问卷调查。结果:大学生身体活动、学校适应在性别差异上具有统计学意义(P<0.01);身体活动与亲社会行为和学校适应均存在显著正相关(r=0.14,P<0.01;r=0.16,P<0.01);亲社会行为在身体活动与学校适应之间起部分中介作用。结论:身体活动、亲社会行为对大学生学校适应具有正向预测作用,身体活动不仅会直接影响大学生的学校适应,还会通过亲社会行为间接影响其学校适应。 Objective: To explore the relationship among college students’ physical activity, prosocial behavior and college adaptation, and to investigate the intermediary role of prosocial behavior between physical activity and college adaptation. Methods: a total of 306 male and female college students were investigated with the questionnaire of physical fitness and college adaptation. Results: there were significant gender differences in physical activity and school adaptation of college students(P<0.01);There was a significant positive correlation between physical activity and prosocial behavior and college adaptation(r=0.14, P<0.01;r=0.16, P<0.01);Prosocial behavior plays an intermediary role between physical activity and college adaptation. Conclusion: physical activity and prosocial behavior have a positive predictive effect on college Students’ adaptation to college life. Physical activity will not only directly affect college students’ adaptation in colleges, but also indirectly affect college students’ adaptation through prosocial behavior.
