有氧运动和精氨酸补充对高血压的干预作用及其与内皮细胞功能的关系 被引量:1

Intervention of Aerobic Exercise and Arginine Supplementation on Hypertension and its Relationship with Endothelial Cell Function

摘要 目的:探讨有氧运动和/或L-精氨酸(L-Arg)对自发性高血压大鼠(SHR)血压的干预作用、交互作用及其机制。方法:将40只SHR随机分为对照组(SC)、运动组(SE)、L-Arg组(SA)和运动+L-Arg组(SEA),分别进行游泳运动和/或L-Arg补充,8周后测定收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)和血清中内皮素-1(ET-1)、一氧化氮(NO)和主动脉内皮型一氧化氮合成酶(eNOS)含量。结果:(1)SA、SE和SEA组的SBP和DBP均显著性低于SC组(P<0.01),SE组的SBP和DBP显著性低于SA组(P<0.01),SEA组SBP显著低于SA组(P<0.05),但SEA组的SBP和DBP与SE组相比无显著性差异,且有氧运动和补充L-Arg对降低SHR的SBP和DBP均具有显著性的交互效应(P=0.000)。(2)有氧运动联合L-Arg补充对提高主动脉eNOS和血清NO以及降低血清ET-1含量均无显著性的交互作用,有氧运动可显著升高主动脉eNOS和血清NO含量(P=0.00),补充L-Arg可显著降低血清ET-1和显著升高NO含量(P=0.00)。结论:(1)有氧运动或补充L-Arg均能有效地降低SHR大鼠的血压,且有氧运动的降压效果显著好于补充L-Arg,在有氧运动同时补充L-Arg不能显著性地使血压进一步降低。(2)有氧运动和补充L-Arg通过不同的机制调节内皮细胞ET-1和NO的合成和分泌,有氧运动联合补充L-Arg能够互利互补,维持ET-1和NO分泌的平衡。 Objective: To investigate the intervention, interaction and mechanism of aerobic exercise and/or L-arginine(L-Arg)on blood pressure in spontaneously hypertensive rats(SHR). Methods: 40 SHRs were randomly divided into control group(SC), exercise group(SE), L-Arg group(SA)and exercise+L-Arg group(SEA). Swimming and/or oral L-Arg supplementation were carried out respectively. After 8 weeks, the systolic blood pressure(SBP), diastolic blood pressure(DBP), the content of endothelin-1(ET-1), nitric oxide(NO)in serum and aortic endothelial nitric oxide synthase(eNOS)were measured. Results:(1)SBP and DBP in SA, SE and SEA groups were significantly lower than those in SC group(P<0.01), SBP and DBP in SE group were significantly lower than those in SA group(P<0.01), SBP in SEA group were significantly lower than those in SA group(P<0.05), but SBP and DBP in SEA group were not significantly different from those in SE group, and aerobic exercise and oral L-Arg had significant interaction effects on the reduction of SBP and DBP(P=0.000).(2)There was no significant interaction between aerobic exercise and oral L-Arg on the increase of eNOS and serum NO, and the decrease of serum ET-1. Aerobic exercise could significantly increase the content of eNOS and serum NO(P=0.00), and oral L-Arg could significantly decrease the content of serum ET-1 and no(P=0.00). Conclusion:(1)aerobic exercise or oral L-Arg can effectively reduce the blood pressure of SHR rats, and the effect of aerobic exercise is better than that of oral L-Arg.(2)Aerobic exercise and oral L-Arg regulate the synthesis and secretion of ET-1 and NO in endothelial cells through different mechanisms. The combination of aerobic exercise and oral L-Arg can complement each other mutually and maintain the balance of ET-1 and NO secretion.
