玉簪花物质基础及其药理活性研究进展

Research Progress on the Material Basis and Hosta Pharmacological Action of the Flowers of Hosta Plantaginea

玉簪花作为蒙族传统中药材具有悠久的用药历史和确切的疾病治疗效果.近年来,研究人员已从玉簪花中分离鉴定出多类化学成分,主要包括黄酮类、甾体类、单萜皂苷类和苯丙素类等活性成分,与此同时,分别对玉簪花中已分离的各类化合物所具有的药理活性进行实验研究,发现单萜皂苷类化学成分具有优良的抗菌作用,甾体皂苷类化学成分主要发挥抗癌活性,黄酮类化学成分主要发挥抗炎与抗氧化作用,一定程度上还具有保肝活性.为了解玉簪花的物质基础与药理活性研究现状,本文对玉簪花的化学成分及其药理作用进行归纳总结,为玉簪花全面的研究提供依据.

The flowers of Hosta Plantaginea as a traditional Chinese medicine has important medicinal value and exact disease treatment effect,so it has aroused the interest of many scholars.In recent years,scientists have isolated and identified many types of chemical components from the flowers of Hosta Plantaginea,mainly flavonoids,steroids,monoterpene saponins and phenylpropanoids.At the same time,they conducted experimental studies on the pharmacological activities of various compounds isolated from the flowers of Hosta Plantaginea.Among them,monoterpenoid saponins have excellent antibacterial activities,steroidal saponins mainly play anticancer activities,flavonoids mainly play anti-inflammatory and antioxidant activities,and to a certain extent,they also have hepatoprotective activities.In order to understand the current status of the flowers of Hosta Plantaginea material basis and pharmacological activity,and to provide scholars with a comprehensive research basis for the flowers of Hosta Plantaginea,this review summarizes the flowers of Hosta Plantaginea chemical components and pharmacological effects.
