摘要
力量素质是体能训练中的一大重点,但传统力量训练中只关注动作的向心输出这种认识需要被改变。Triphasic Training力量训练模型是一种国外新兴的力量训练体系,通过对该体系框架以及理论依据进行系统梳理,指出将离心、等长、向心以及发力率(RFD)结合进行训练的重要性,为我国运动训练界提供一种新的训练方法以及研究思路。
Strength is one of the key points in physical fitness Training,but the traditional strength Training only focuses on the Concentric output of movement,which needs to be changed.Triphasic Training model is a new strength Training system in foreign countries.Through systematically sorting out the framework and theoretical basis of the system,it is pointed out that it is important to combine the eccentric,isometric,concentric training and rate of force development(RFD)training,and provide a new training method and research ideas for the sports training community in our country.
