基于AGIL理论模型视角下我国高校冰雪运动发展路径研究

Research on the Development Path of Ice and Snow Sports in Chinese Universities from the perspective of AGIL Theoretical Model

2022年北京冬奥会申办成功,冰雪人才的短缺和全民高涨的参与热情使冰雪运动在高校中的普及和推广迎来了宝贵的契机。基于AGIL理论模型视角下,运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法等方法,对我国高校冰雪运动发展的环境适应、目标定位、资源整合和模式维持“四位一体”功能进行了分析,研究表明:优质资源相对匮乏、发展定位存在误区、资源整合缺乏合力、文化底蕴水平偏低是影响我国高校冰雪运动发展的现实困境。结论:以国家战略为发展导向,实现适应功能;以立德树人为发展定位,实现目标达成功能;以多方力量为资源补充,实现整合功能;以冰雪文化为价值导向,实现模式维持功能。

After the successful bid of the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympic Games,the shortage of ice and snow talents and the soaring enthusiasm for participation have ushered in a valuable opportunity for the promotion of ice and snow sports in colleges and universities.From the perspective of AGIL theory model,using literature review,logical analysis and other methods,the development of ice and snow sports environment,target,resource integration and mode maintenance have been analyzed.The results show that the problems of relatively low quality resources,development strategy errors,lack of resource integration,low cultural level are affecting the development of ice and snow sports in universities in China.It is suggested to take the national strategy as the development orientation to realize the adaptive function;take the goal of cultivating people as the development orientation to realize the goal achievement function;take the multi-party strength as the resource supplement to realize the integration function;take the ice and snow culture as the value orientation to realize the model maintenance function.
