消防员功能性动作筛查分数与专项体能成绩的相关性研究 被引量:3

摘要 研究目的:通过功能性动作筛查测试,了解广东省阳江市消防员运动风险。采集消防员专项体能数据与功能性动作筛查各项目分数进行相关性分析,为消防员基础体能训练和专项体能训练提出有针对性建议。研究对象与方法:利用功能性动作筛查测试(Functional Movement Screen,FMS)我国消防员专项体能测试为广东省阳江市消防救援支队59名基层消防员进行测试,运用R Studio统计分析软件,利用皮尔逊相关性分析方法对FMS与专项体能成绩进行相关性分析,得出两者之间的相关性系数与显著性。结论:(1)超50%的阳江市消防员FMS总分低于14分,其动作功能存在严重不足;(2)近一半阳江市消防员灵活性和动作模式存在不同受限;(3)被测消防员稳定性项目得分普遍较低,体现在核心稳定性、旋转稳定性水平不足;(4)消防员功能性动作筛查测试分数与大部分专项体能成绩存在正相关关系。建议:(1)被测消防员应通过功能性训练恢复动作功能,降低运动损伤风险;(2)加强核心稳定性训练,为预防运动损伤奠定基础;(3)为了监控消防员动作功能和日常训练的效果,应增加功能性动作筛查测试。 The objective is to understand the exercise risk of firefighters in Yangjiang City of Guangdong Province through functional movement screening tests,and to collect firefighter’s special physical fitness data and functional action screening data for correlation analysis,so as to put forward targeted recommendations for firefighters’basic physical training and special physical training.Research objects and methods:the Functional Movement Screen(FMS)was used to test 59 firefighters from the Fire Rescue Detachment of Yangjiang City of Guangdong Province.The R Studio statistical analysis software and Pearson correlation analysis method were used to analyze the correlation between FMS and specific physical performance,obtaining the correlation coefficients and significance.Conclusion:1)Over 50%of the firefighters in Yangjiang have a total FMS score of less than 14 points,and their movement functions are seriously insufficient;2)Nearly half of the firefighters in Yangjiang have different limitations in flexibility and movement modes;3)The test scores of firefighters’stability items are generally low,which is reflected in the lack of core stability and rotational stability;3)The scores of the firefighter’s functional action screening test are positively correlated with most specific physical performance.Recommendations:1)The tested firefighters should restore their motor functions through functional training to reduce the risk of sports injuries;2)the core stability training should be strengthened to lay the foundation for preventing sports injuries;3)In order to monitor the firefighters’movement functions and daily routine training effect,functional action screening tests should be added.
