摘要
以纳米级有机—无机复合高分子絮凝剂SK-05为添加剂处理电镀除油废水,对处理效果进行了研究。结果表明:SK-05能有效降低废水中的COD和氨氮。按1%添加量向水样加入SK-05,放置13 d后水样中COD和氨氮平均去除率分别为(90.1±2.1)%和(88.25±1.03)%。该处理技术相比生物处理技术工序简单、可操作性强,只需设置加药、过滤等处理单元,无需进行预处理。
In this paper,nano-scale organic-inorganic composite polymeric flocculant SK-05 was used as an additive to treat electroplating degreasing wastewater,and the treatment effect was studied. The result showed that SK-05 could effectively decrease COD and NH;-N in electroplating organic wastewater.SK-05 was added to the water sample in the amount of 1 %,and the average removal rate of COD and NH;-N in the wastewater was(90.1±2.1)% and(88.25±1.03)% respectively when the degrade time was 13 days. Compared with biological treatment technology,it has the advantage of simple processing steps and strong operability. It only needs to set up treatment units such as dosing and filtration without setting up preprocessing unit.
