摘要
全回转铺管起重作业船按照工作性质可划分成两种作业模式,即铺管模式和起重模式。在两种模式相互转换过程中,耗时最长、工作量最大的就是艉托管架的拆装工作。以陆丰14-4 DPP深水导管架安装为例,对海洋石油201船舷侧辅助深水导管架扶正的靠泊方式、导管架注水扶正步骤、导管架坐底就位方式、钢桩插桩、钢桩打桩等关键技术进行分析,提出了一套动力定位起重船舷侧辅助深水导管架扶正及钢桩安装的技术方案,并应用于上述工程中。工程实践表明,该技术在上述工程中的成功应用,有效规避了海洋石油201船艉托管架的拆装工作,显著减少了海上作业时间,提高了施工效率,节约了项目成本。
The operation of the full-rotating pipe-laying crane vessel can be divided into two modes according to the nature of its work:pipe-laying mode and lifting mode.The most time-consuming part with the largest workload during the switching of the two modes is the dismounting of the stern stinger.Taking the installation of the deep-water jacket of the LuFeng 14-4 Drilling and Production Platform(DPP)as an example,this study analyzes the key technologies of berthing mode for shipboard assisted deep-water jacket upending,steps of water-injection jacket upending,bottom-sitting and emplacement way of the jacket,steel pile insertion,and steel pile driving for the China Offshore Oil Engineering Company(COOEC)’s HYSY-201 Vessel.A technical scheme of shipboard assisted deep-water jacket upending and steel pile installation for dynamic positioning crane vessels is proposed and applied in the abovementioned project.The project practice shows that the successful application of this technology effectively avoids the dismounting of the stern stinger and thereby reduces the offshore operation time,improves the construction efficiency,and saves project costs.
