基于组合赋权云模型的压缩机系统状态评价 被引量:6

State evaluation of compressor system based on combination weighting and cloud model

摘要 为准确评价压缩机系统整体运行状态,对压缩机本体、变频调速及电动机、干气密封系统、润滑系统和冷却系统等,构建了压缩机系统评价指标体系,并采用博弈论组合赋权方法对指标权重进行计算;根据现场监测系统设定的报警阈值确定了云模型数字特征,并采用正向云发生器对压缩机状态进行风险评价。结果表明:博弈云模型可将不确定的定性概念转换为定量数据,采用现场SCADA系统的实测数据作为云模型数字特征等级阈值的划分依据,只需输入现场数据,即可完成压缩机各子系统状态的实时评价,结果与现场实际情况相符。研究结果可为油气站场动设备的评价提供实际参考。 To accurately evaluate the operation state of the whole compressor system,this paper took into account the compressor body,the system of speed regulation by frequency modulation and motor,the dry gas seal system,the lubrication system and the cooling system.The evaluation index system of the compressor system was established,and the weight of each index was calculated by the combination weighting method based on game theory.According to the alarm threshold set by the field monitoring system,the digital features of the cloud model were determined,and a forward cloud generator was used to evaluate the risk of the compressor state.The results show that the game cloud model can transform the uncertain qualitative concepts into quantitative data.The real-time state evaluation of each subsystem of the compressor can be completed only by inputting the field data and the results are consistent with the actual situation on the site when the field measured data of the SCADA system is used as the basis for threshold setting of the digital feature levels of the cloud model.The research results can provide practical reference for the evaluation of dynamic equipment at oil and gas stations.
