摘要
开展了船用钢DH36的自动焊工艺研究,提出了以药芯焊丝气保护焊接为核心,采用桩管2G对接的自动焊设备及配套的工艺技术,开发出高效稳定的自动焊工艺的设计思路,并付诸于实施,有针对性地解决了海洋平台桩管焊接效率低的现状。首先简要介绍了模块化设计的新型桩管自动焊设备,而后详细地论述了焊接工艺开发、工艺的现场应用及应用效果等,重点对材料的焊接性分析、焊接方法的选择、焊接工艺试验、焊接工艺评定试验等进行了较为深入的阐述。结果表明,采用气保护药芯焊丝的自动焊接头的各项性能指标均满足标准AWS D1.1 M-2020的要求,所制定焊接工艺的焊接效率和质量得到明显提升。该技术已在埕海项目中完成了应用试验。
To tackle the low welding efficiency of pile pipes on offshore platforms,this paper studies the automatic welding of DH36marine steel.With the gas-shielded welding of flux-cored wire at the core,the paper proposes a design idea for efficient and stable automatic welding using the automatic welding equipment for 2G butt joint of pile pipes and the supporting technology.It first briefly introduces the modular design of the new automatic welding equipment for pile pipes and then elaborates on the development,field application,and application effect of the welding technology.The focus of the paper includes material weldability analysis,welding method selection,welding procedure test,and welding procedure qualification test.The results show that the performance of the automatic welding head using gas-shielded flux-cored wire meets the relevant requirements of the standard AWS D1.1 M-2020.Moreover,the welding efficiency and quality of the proposed welding technology are both improved.Its application test has been completed in the Chenghai Project.
