大口径管道回拖单猫背发送技术的应用

摘要 大口径管道回拖时采用单猫背发送管道技术,相对于传统的“多点吊装”发送而言,可有效节约吊装设备成本。猫背设置的高度及猫背与入洞点的水平距离是该项技术中最为关键的两项设计参数。以材料力学中的悬臂梁挠度计算公式为核心工具,建立起管道单猫背发送的受力模型,而后对猫背高度及猫背与入洞口水平距离进行求解,建立了单猫背发送管道技术参数的设计计算方法,最后通过在施工现场的运用,对该设计计算方法的正确性及应用效果进行了验证。工程实践表明,管道回拖入洞时,现场猫背实际设计高度和猫背与入洞口的实际距离,基本同理论计算一致;管道回拖时启动拉力无明显波动,扭矩平稳,施工正常,应用效果良好。 Compared with the traditional“multi-point hoisting”technology,the single-arch pipeline transmission technology can effectively save the cost of equipment hoisting in pipeline pull-back.The height of the arch and the horizontal distance between the arch and entry point are the two key design parameters in this technology.With the deflection calculation formula of the cantilever beam in material mechanics as the core tool,the mechanical model for single-arch pipeline transmission technology is built,and then the above two key design parameters are solved.Additionally,the design and calculation method for the parameters of this technology is established,and the correctness and application effects of this method are verified by field application.The engineering practice indicates that when the pipeline is pulled back into the hole,the actual values of the above two key design parameters are basically consistent with the theoretical calculation.During the pipeline pull-back,the starting tension sees no obvious fluctuation;the torque is stable,and the construction is normal,which demonstrates that the application effect is good.
