摘要
为探讨饲粮中添加天然虾青素和枯草芽孢杆菌对夏季笼养山麻鸭生产性能和蛋品质的影响,试验将200只体重相近、健康的40周龄山麻鸭随机分为4组,每组5个重复,每个重复10只山麻鸭,分别为对照组、1g/kg天然虾青素(含量为0.4%)组、300mg/kg枯草芽孢杆菌(含量为2×1010cfu/g)组、1g/kg天然虾青素+300mg/kg枯草芽孢杆菌组,预饲期4d,正试期38d。结果表明:(1)各组蛋鸭平均蛋重、产蛋率和料蛋比均无显著差异(P>0.05),但与对照组相比,虾青素组能显著提高夏季笼养山麻鸭平均日采食量(P<0.05)。(2)饲粮添加天然虾青素和枯草芽孢杆菌对笼养山麻鸭蛋壳强度、蛋壳厚度、蛋白高度、长短径比、哈氏单位等蛋品质均无显著影响(P>0.05)。与对照组相比,天然虾青素组、枯草芽孢杆菌组、天然虾青素+枯草芽孢杆菌组显著提高笼养山麻鸭蛋黄颜色(P<0.05),尤其是天然虾青素+枯草芽孢杆菌组蛋黄颜色均显著高于其他各处理组。综上所述,天然虾青素和枯草芽孢杆菌对夏季笼养山麻鸭生产性能和蛋品质有一定改善作用,且饲粮中同时添加这两种物质效果更好。
In order to investigate the effects of dietary astaxanthin and bacillus subtilis on production performance and egg quality of summer shan partridge duck.A total of 200 healthy duck aged 40 weeks with similar body weight were selected.Randomly divided into 4 groups with 5 replicates per group and 10 ducks per replicate,control group,1 g/kg natural astaxanthin(0.4%)group,300 mg/kg Bacillus Subtilis(2×1010 CFU/G)group,1 g/kg natural astaxanthin and 300 mg/kg bacillus subtilis group.pre-feeding for 4 days,the formal test for 38 days.The results showed that:(1)Dietary supplementation with natural astaxanthin and bacillus subtilis had no significant effect on the average egg weight,egg production rate and feed egg ratio of shan partridge duck(P>0.05).But compared with the control group,the natural astaxanthin could significantly improve the average daily feed intake of summer shan partridge duck(P<0.05).(2)The addition of natural astaxanthin and Bacillus subtilis had no significant effect on the eggshell strength,eggshell thickness,protein height,length to diameter ratio and Haugh Unit egg quality(P>0.05).Compared with the control group,the natural astaxanthin group,bacillus subtilis group and the natural astaxanthin+bacillus subtilis group significantly increased the egg yolk color(P<0.05),especially the natural astaxanthin+bacillus subtilis group significantly higher than other treatments.In conclusion,natural astaxanthin and bacillus subtilis have certain effects on the production performance and egg quality improvement of caged ducks in summer,and adding these two natural extracts to the diet at the same time is more effective.
