富含浓缩单宁豆科植物提取物对乳山羊生长性能、养分消化及氮代谢的影响 被引量:1

Effects of concentrated tannin-rich legume extracts on growth performance,nutrient digestion and nitrogen metabolism of sucking goats

摘要 文章旨在研究含浓缩单宁的豆科植物提取物对乳山羊的影响,试验评估指标包括生长性能、营养物质摄入量、消化率和氮代谢。试验将体重一致的96头16周龄乳山羊随机分为3组,每组8个重复,每个重复4头。三组乳山羊在为期12周的饲养试验期间分别饲喂基础日粮+0、80和160mg/kg豆科植物提取物。结果:日粮添加不同水平的豆科植物提取物显著改善了乳山羊的总增重、日增重、采食量和饲料效率(P<0.05),其中160mg/kg豆科植物提取物组乳山羊的末重、热胴体重和冷胴体重显著高于对照组(P<0.05),同时该组乳山羊的屠宰率显著高于80mg/kg豆科植物提取物组(P<0.05)。160mg/kg豆科植物提取物组乳山羊的粗蛋白质和中性洗涤纤维摄入量显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。处理组乳山羊粗脂肪表观消化率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),但干物质和粗蛋白质表观消化率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。此外,160mg/kg豆科植物提取物组乳山羊中性洗涤纤维表观消化率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。80和160mg/kg豆科植物提取物组乳山羊的粪氮排泄量、微生物蛋白含量及微生物蛋白合成效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),同时160mg/kg豆科植物提取物组乳山羊的尿氮排泄量显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在本试验下,日粮中添加80~160mg/kg豆科植物提取物降低了乳山羊的大部分养分消化率(粗脂肪除外),但可以提高微生物蛋白合成效率,改善饲料效率。 The aim of this study was to investigate the effects of tannin-rich legume extracts on growth performance,nutrient intake and digestibility,and nitrogen metabolism in sucking goat.Ninety-six 16-week-old sucking goat with the same body weight were randomly divided into 3 groups with 8 replicates per group and 4 sheep per replicate.Three groups were fed basal diet+0,80 and 160 mg/kg legume extract,respectively,during a 12-week feeding trial.Results:Dietary legume extracts at different levels significantly improved the total gain,daily gain,feed intake and feed efficiency of sucking goat(P<0.05),and the final weight,hot carcass weight and cold carcass weight of dairy goats in 160 mg/kg legume extracts group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Meanwhile,the slaughter rate of dairy goats in this group was significantly higher than that in 80 mg/kg legume extract group(P<0.05).The intake of crude protein and neutral detergent fiber in 160 mg/kg legume extract group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).The apparent digestibility of ether extract in treatment group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05),but the apparent digestibility of dry matter and crude protein in treatment group was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05).In addition,the apparent digestibility of neutral detergent fiber in 160 mg/kg legume extract group was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05).The fecal nitrogen excretion,microbial protein content and microbial protein synthesis efficiency of sucking goat in 80 and 160 mg/kg legume extract groups were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05),while the urinary nitrogen excretion in 160 mg/kg legume extract group was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In this experiment,the supplementation of legumes extract 80-160 mg/kg reduced the digestibility of most nutrients(except crude fat),but increased the microbial protein synthesis efficiency and improved the feed efficiency of sucking goat.
