摘要
文章旨在研究日粮添加0~200g/kg美藤果渣替代豆粕对罗非鱼生长性能、器官发育及血清生化指标的影响。将体重一致的720条罗非鱼随机分为3组,每组5个重复,每个重复48条。在为期10周的饲养试验中,对照组与处理组分别饲喂美藤果渣替代豆粕水平为0、100和200g/kg的颗粒日粮。结果:与对照组相比,T1组罗非鱼体重、相对增重和蛋白效率分别显著提高19.76%、215.84%和22.27%(P<0.05),同时,T1和T2组罗非鱼特定生长率较对照组显著降低13.11%和7.28%(P<0.05),但T1组料重比较对照组和T2组分别显著降低12.03%和4.79%(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,T1和T2组罗非鱼机体粗灰分含量分别显著提高13.15%和12.62%(P<0.05),机体粗脂肪成分分别显著提高16.23%和20.04%(P<0.05)。对照组罗非鱼机体粗蛋白质含量最低(P<0.05),而T2组最高(P<0.05)。对照组罗非鱼血清球蛋白、胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白浓度和谷草转氨酶活性均显著高于T1和T2组(P<0.05),随着日粮美藤果渣添加水平的升高,血清高密度脂蛋白浓度显著升高(P<0.05)。结论:日粮用100~200g/kg美藤果渣替代豆粕提高了罗非鱼的特定生长率和和机体脂肪含量,降低了血清脂代谢相关指标,其中100g/kg美藤果渣添加水平可以改善罗非鱼的饲料效率。
The aim of this experiment was to investigate the effects of 0~200 g/kg acha inchi residue replacing soybean meal on growth performance,organ development and serum biochemical indices of tilapia(Oreochromia tilapia).A total of 720 tilapia with the same body weight were randomly divided into 3 groups with 5 replicates per group and 48 tilapia per replicate.In a 10-week feeding experiment,the control group and the treatment group were fed pellet diets containing 0,100 and 200 g/kg soybean meal replaced by acha inchi residue,respectively.Results:Compared with the control group,body weight,relative weight gain and protein efficiency of tilapia in T1 group were significantly increased by 19.76%,215.84%and 22.27%(P<0.05),respectively,while specific growth rate of tilapia in T1 and T2 groups was significantly decreased by 13.11%and 7.28%(P<0.05).However,compared with control group and T2 group,the feed/gain in T1 group was significantly decreased by 12.03%and 4.79%(P<0.05),respectively.Compared with control group,body ash content in T1 and T2 groups was significantly increased by 13.15%and 12.62%(P<0.05),body crude lipid content was significantly increased by 16.23%and 20.04%(P<0.05),respectively.The crude protein content of tilapia in control group was the lowest(P<0.05),while that in T2 group was the highest(P<0.05).The concentrations of serum globulin,cholesterol,triglyceride,low density lipoprotein and glutamic-oxalaminotransferase activity of tilapia in control group were significantly higher than those in T1 and T2 groups(P<0.05),and the concentration of serum high density lipoprotein was significantly increased with the increase of dietary pomas(P<0.05).Conclusion:Dietary supplementation with 100-200 g/kg acha inchi residue instead of soybean meal can improve the specific growth rate and body fat content of tilapia,and reduce serum lipid metabolism related indexes,among which 100 g/kg acha inchi residue supplementation can improve the feed efficiency of tilapia.
