芒果副产物对肉鸡生长性能、消化道发育、血液参数及经济效益的影响 被引量:1

Effects of mango by-products on growth performance,digestive tract development,blood parameters and economic benefits of broilers

摘要 本研究旨在评估日粮添加不同水平的芒果副产物对肉鸡生长性能、消化道发育及血液参数的影响。试验将体重接近的624只1日龄商品肉仔鸡随机分为3组,每组8个重复,每个重复26只。在整个试验期间,肉鸡分为1~21 d和22~42 d两个阶段饲喂,日粮中芒果副产物添加水平为0、0.5%和1%。结果:1%芒果副产物组肉鸡42 d体重和1~42 d平均日增重显著高于对照组(P<0.05),而对照组22~42 d肉鸡的料重比显著高于1%芒果副产物组(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,0.5%和1%芒果副产物1~42 d肉鸡的料重比分别显著降低2.30%和4.04%(P<0.05)。1%芒果副产物组肉鸡在整个试验期间每千克增重成本较对照组显著降低7.84%(P<0.05)。对照组腹脂相对重量显著高于1%芒果副产物组(P<0.05),而1%芒果副产物组肌胃相对重量较对照组和0.5%芒果副产物组显著提高(P<0.05),同时0.5%和1%芒果副产物组肉鸡的小肠相对重量显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。对照组血清胆固醇浓度较1%芒果副产物组显著提高18.35%(P<0.05),血清高密度脂蛋白浓度较0.5%和1%芒果副产物组显著提高14.19%和18.81%(P<0.05)。结论:1~42 d肉鸡日粮中添加1%芒果副产物可以提高肌胃和小肠相对重量,降低血清胆固醇和高密度脂蛋白浓度,进而提高日增重和饲料效率。 The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effects of dietary supplementation with different levels of mango by-products on growth performance,digestive tract development and blood parameters of broilers.A total of 624 one-day-old commercial broilers with similar body weight were randomly divided into 3 groups with 8 replicates per group and 26 broilers per replicate.During the whole experiment,broilers were fed for 1 to 21 days and 22 to 42 days,and the supplemental levels of mango by-products were 0,0.5%and 1%.Results:Broilers in 1%mango by-products group had significantly higher body weight at 42 d and average daily gain from 1 to 42 d than those in control group(P<0.05),and the ratio of feed to gain at 22 to 42 d in control group was significantly higher than that in 1%Mango by-products group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the feed/gain of broilers with 0.5%and 1%mango by-products at 1~42 days was significantly decreased by 2.30%and 4.04%(P<0.05),respectively.Compared with the control group,the weight gain cost per kilogram of broilers in 1%mango by-product group was significantly reduced by 7.84%(P<0.05).The relative weight of abdominal fat in control group was significantly higher than that in 1%mango by-product group(P<0.05),the relative weight of muscle stomach in 1%mango by-product group was significantly higher than that in control group and 0.5%mango by-product group(P<0.05),and the relative weight of small intestine in 0.5%and 1%Mango by-product groups was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Compared with 1%mango by-product group,the serum cholesterol concentration of control group was significantly increased by 18.35%(P<0.05),and the serum high-density lipoprotein concentration was significantly increased by 14.19%and 18.81%(P<0.05)compared with 0.5%and 1%mango by-product groups.Conclusion:Supplementation of 1%mango by-products in broilers’diets from 1 to 42 days can improve the relative weight of muscle stomach and small intestine,reduce the concentrations of serum cholesterol and high~density lipoprotein,and improve the daily gain and feed efficiency.
