生态绿色发展视域下农村饲料产业发展与大学生创业对接路径探析

On the connection path between the development of rural feed industry and college students’Entrepreneurship from the perspective of ecological green development

我国作为传统的农业大国,种植业、畜牧业、渔业等农产品的生产与销售一直处于世界前列。饲料行业是种植业和养殖业的中轴产业,虽然连年生产率居高不下,但并没有成为经济支柱产业,主要原因之一在于缺乏高精尖人才,产业创新驱动不足,转型升级迟缓,尤其是农村饲料行业,专业型、复合型人才极其匮乏。目前,中国特色社会主义已进入新时代,人民群众生活水平大幅提高,美好生活的需求正在逐步向优质的生态产品、优美的生活环境转变。基于此,我们要统筹兼顾生态效益和经济效益,积极探索出一条适合农村饲料产业发展与大学生绿色创业对接的新路径。

As a traditional agricultural country,China has always been in the forefront of the world in the production and sales of agricultural products such as planting,animal husbandry and fishery.The feed industry is the central axis of the planting and breeding industry.Although the productivity has remained high for years,it has not become a pillar industry of the economy.One of the main reasons is the lack of top-notch talents,insufficient driving of industrial innovation and slow transformation and upgrading.Especially in the rural feed industry,there is an extremely lack of professional and compound talents.At present,socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era,the people’s living standards have been greatly improved,and the demand for a better life is gradually changing to high-quality ecological products and a beautiful living environment.Based on this,we should give overall consideration to ecological and economic benefits,and actively explore a new path suitable for the development of rural feed industry and the green entrepreneurship of college students.
