高校青年学生领导力影响因素研究

Research on Factors Influencing Young College Students’Leadership

大学生领导力培养是高校人才培养的重要方面。虽然国内高校在青年学生领导力培养上做出诸多探索,但有关学生领导力影响因素及其作用机制尚待挖掘,研究并理清它们之间的关系,对青年学生领导力培养与施教具有重要意义。文章基于领导者相关理论,从以身作则、使众人行、共启愿景、挑战现状、激励人心五个方面研究高校青年学生领导力影响因素及其作用机制。以问卷调查方式收集相关数据,利用结构方程模型进行分析,结果表明高校青年学生领导力是环境、特质禀赋、后天行为等多重因素共同作用的结果,在先天特质难以改变的情况下,高校应注重领导力培养环境的改善与高校青年学生个体行为素质的培养。

Training of students leadership is an important aspect of talent training in colleges.Although domestic colleges have made many explorations on young students’leadership training,the influencing factors and mechanism in this respect still need to be explored.It is of great significance to study and clarify the relationship between them for the leadership training and teaching of young students.Based on the related theories of leadership,this paper studies the influencing factors and mechanism of young college students’leadership training from five aspects:leading by example,enabling others to act,creating a common vision,challenging the status quo,and inspiring people.By way of questionnaire investigation to collect relevant data,using the structural equation modeling analysis,this paper concludes that young college students’leadership is the result of multiple factors such as environment,trait endowment and acquired behavior.Under the circumstance that innate traits are difficult to change,colleges should pay attention to the improvement of leadership training environment and the cultivation of individual behavior quality of young students.
