葡萄糖对大鼠手术切口感染再愈合效果影响的研究

Rehealing effect study of glucose on rats with surgically infectious wound

目的:评价葡萄糖粉和高渗葡萄糖液治疗大鼠感染切口愈合的疗效。方法:成年SD大鼠分为对照组、葡萄糖粉组和葡萄糖液组,各10只。各组大鼠脊柱旁0.5 cm处做一长约7 cm的切口,制作切口感染模型。对照组予以常规处理,每日碘伏换药后纱布覆盖切口;葡萄糖粉组在常规处理的基础上,加用葡萄糖粉切口处理;葡萄糖液组在常规处理的基础上,加用40%高渗葡萄糖液切口处理。结果:葡萄糖粉组和葡萄糖液组疗效均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:葡萄糖能有效促进大鼠感染切口的再愈合,值得进一步实践研究。

Objective:To evaluate the efficacy of glucose powder and hypertonic glucose solution in the treatment of wound healing in infected rats.Methods:Adult SD rats were divided into control group,glucose powder group and glucose solution group,with 10 rats in each group.Rats in each group were made an incision with a length of about 7cm at 0.5cm near the spine to make an incision infection model.In the control group,the incision was covered with gauze after daily iodophor dressing change.Glucose powder group was treated with glucose powder incision on the basis of conventional treatment.Glucose solution group was treated with 40%hypertonic glucose solution incision on the basis of conventional treatment.Results:The curative effect of glucose powder group and glucose liquid group was significantly higher than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Glucose can effectively promote the reunion of infected incision in rats,which is worthy of further clinical practice.
