医养结合理念下创新延续护理对养老机构老年人群精神状态的影响

Effect of innovative continuing care on mental state of elderly people in nursing homes under the concept of combination of medical care and nursing care

目的:研究在医养结合理念下创新延续护理对养老机构老年人群心理状态、生活质量及幸福感的影响。方法:2020年4月至2021年3月纳入养老机构老年人合计160例为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,各80例。对照组给予常规院外延续护理,观察组以医养结合理念为基础创新延续护理方案。对比不同护理方案对养老机构老年人焦虑与抑郁水平、生活质量及幸福感水平的影响效果。结果:两组老人干预前焦虑与抑郁评分、生活质量、幸福感得分相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后焦虑与抑郁、生活质量、幸福感得到显著改善且优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:医养结合条件下互联网延续护理模式能够提高养老机构的服务水平,改善老人的生活质量与精神状态。

Objective:To study the influence of innovative continuing nursing on the psychological state,quality of life and well-being of the elderly in nursing homes under the concept of combination of medical care and nursing care.Methods:From April 2020 to March 2021,160 elderly people in two pension institutions were selected as the research objects,80 cases in each institution.The two institutions used simple randomized grouping(random number table)to determine the continuation of transitional care program.The control group was given routine out of hospital continuing nursing,and the observation group was innovated the continuing nursing scheme based on the concept of combination of medical care and nursing.The effects of different nursing programs on the level of anxiety and depression,quality of life and happiness of the elderly in institutions were compared.Results:There was no significant difference between pre-intervention anxiety and depression score,quality of life and happiness score(P>0.05),and anxiety and depression,quality of life and well-being improved significantly after intervention and were better than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The continuous care mode of the Internet can improve the service level of the old-age institutions and improve the quality of life and mental state of the elderly under the condition of medical care combination.
