品管圈活动对提升口腔种植患者牙周健康质量的作用探讨

Effect of quality control circle activities on improving periodontal health quality of dental implant patients

目的:探讨品管圈活动对提升口腔种植患者牙周健康质量的作用。方法:将2017年11月-2020年11月本院收治的156例口腔种植患者随机分为对照组(n=78)和研究组(n=78),对照组在口腔种植治疗后采用常规护理,研究组则在口腔种植治疗后实施品管圈活动,比较两组各项牙周指标、患者心理状态及对护理的满意度情况。结果:研究组患者牙龈指数(GI)、龈沟出血指数(SBI)、菌斑指数(PLI)、牙周附着水平(AL)、探诊深度(PD)等各项牙周指数水平均优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患者牙科焦虑量表(DAS)评分、牙科畏惧量表(DFS)评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患者对护理的满意度(98.72%)较之对照组(91.03%)更高(P<0.05)。结论:临床针对接受口腔种植治疗患者的护理采用品管圈活动,可提示其牙周健康质量,缓解牙科焦虑、恐惧等心理问题,患者也会对护理服务给予更高评价。

Objective:To explore the effect of quality control circle activities on improving periodontal health quality of dental implant patients.Methods:A total of 156 patients with oral implant admitted to our hospital from November 2017 to November 2020 were randomly divided into control group(n=78)and study group(n=78).The control group was given routine nursing after dental implant treatment,and the study group was given quality control circle activities after dental implant treatment.The periodontal indexes,psychological status of patients and satisfaction with nursing were compared between the two groups.Results:The levels of gingival index(GI),gingival sulcus bleeding index(SBI),plaque index(PLI),periodontal attachment level(AL)and probing depth(PD)in the study group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of dental anxiety scale(DAS)and dental fear scale(DFS)in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The patients'satisfaction with nursing in the study group(98.72%)was higher than that in the control group(91.03%)(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical application of quality control circle activities in the nursing of patients receiving dental implant treatment can prompt their periodontal health quality,relieve dental anxiety,fear and other psychological problems,and patients will also give higher evaluation to nursing services.
